What URLs to use for the GPAPI

To link to the Public Test Server

The public test server is where we do testing in order not to affect the live environment. Sometimes this is useful, sometimes not. When developing content outside of the main GoPets client, we'll use the live environment as often as we'll use the test one. It is here, and it is useful to do tests outside of the main production server.
