Adopting a New Pet

How to adopt a GoPet: Left-click an empty Pet Portrait on the Main Menu, then click “Yes” on the Adopt Pet dialog. OR Purchase a Pet Adoption from Shopping mall and double-click the Adoption Certificate icon in your Inventory (remember that you can send Pet Adoptions as gifts, just like any other item).

After you begin the adoption process, you must complete the same steps that you followed when you made your first GoPet (including making a pet and choosing its color).

Managing Multiple Pets If you have more than one GoPet, a few special controls help you to control and keep track of your pet family.

The Main Menu Pet Portraits To issue a command to a specific GoPet, right-click on its portrait on the Main Menu. This deploys a right-click menu that offers specific commands for that GoPet only.

The Choose Pet Dialog In any situation in which accessing a dialog, function, or item requires the selection of a specific pet, you will be shown the Choose Pet dialog. For example, when you click on the “Equip Pet” button on the Inventory, the Choose Pet dialog automatically deploys. When this dialog appears, simply left-click the desired portrait to apply an action to a specific pet.
